Erez Kleinman, Managing Director:

Erez Kleinman, founder of E.K.S.S. Microelectronics Ltd, has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. After earning his BSEE degree from the Tel Aviv University , he spent 16 years at National Semiconductors, serving in various positions, including product-engineering manager for the Office Automation group and Local Area Network (LAN) group, and management of the Product, Test, Yield, Reliability and Quality group in a wafer fabrication facility. During that time, Erez earned his MSEE degree from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. He later served as VP Operation at Metalink. Since 2002 he is managing E.K.S.S. Microelectronics Ltd, providing engineering services to various customers.

Yovav Yahav-Amir, Managing Director:

Yovav Yahav-Amir joined E.K.S.S. Microelectronics Ltd at 2005. He has over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. After earning his BSEE degree from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, he worked as product and test engineer in various companies including National Semiconductors, Oren Semiconductors and DSPC (Intel). In his last role he served as the Product & Test Engineering Manager at Metalink.

Both Erez and Yovav have vast experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Production Control, IC Qualification and Failure Analysis, working with Foundries, Assembly and Test houses and Qualification houses as subcontractors.
